Race Strategy

What this page is, and isn’t

Formula E is a spec chassis and spec battery series, so — unlike IndyCar’s two-engine-manufacturer qualifying-pace comparison — there is no honest “which manufacturer is faster” question to ask here. What genuinely varies is how a driver and team manage the two things every entrant gets in equal amounts: mandatory Attack Mode activations and race-day strategy.

This page does notmeasure real energy consumption, battery state-of-charge or lap-by-lap power deployment — that data isn’t confirmed to be available from this site’s data source. What it shows is grid-to-finish position gains (a results-feed-supported proxy for race-day execution) and Attack Mode activation counts, shown only when the underlying data actually reports them.

Race data isn’t available yet — check back after the next E-Prix.

Attack Mode activation counts aren’t available from the current data source. This section will populate automatically once a results feed reports them — this page never estimates or fills in a guessed value.

Where these numbers come from

Grid-to-finish deltas are computed from qualifying and race classifications for every round this season. Attack Mode counts, when shown, come directly from the results feed’s own reported activation field — never estimated or interpolated.
