Teammate Head-to-Head

The fairest comparison on the grid

Every MotoGP rider’s toughest yardstick is the one person on the grid riding the exact same machinery: their own teammate. A gap in the championship table between two different teams could be the bike, the crew, or the rider — a gap between teammates can only be the rider (and, over a season, some luck). This table lists the points split within every team, leader first, so the biggest teammate beatdowns of the season are easy to find.

Standings data isn’t available yet — check back once the season is underway.

Where these numbers come from

Current championship points from official MotoGP standings, paired by team. Only teams currently fielding two riders are listed — a mid-season substitute or an injury replacement with too few rounds to show a meaningful gap is excluded rather than shown with a misleading number.
